I just received my idler in the mail. I will be installing it in the next couple days. So I cannot give an opinion on the idler at this time. However, i can give some feedback on the customer service of this company. I give Anthony a 5 star rating. He was responsive to my questions and even called me back on two separate occasions to follow up and make sure I received everything I ordered. If the idler is half as good as the customer service - I will be using this company again!!!!
